Product Information and Condition

At The Parallel Shop, we offer a wide selection of popular, new, and rare merchandise at affordable prices. We strive to provide high-quality products that are comparable to those offered by our competitors. All products sold are new and unused, although they may be inspected for manufacturer errors or defects prior to receiving which would include only opening of the box for noticeable damage, and then the package is re-sealed for sale.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales of new items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that were received in new or "open box" condition. Open box" indicates that the product's packaging was opened solely for inspection of visible defects and damage, without any extensive contact with the item.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Since a portion of our inventory is sourced from commerce stores such as Amazon, E-Bay, & Walmart, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty and replacement options.

Limited Inventory

Please note that our inventory is often limited to a single item per product. We may have additional in stock for a particular product but we mainly focus on sourcing the latest, trending & everyday releases from emerging manufacturers to support up-and-coming brands. This would in turn create difficulties in attempting to purchase items in bulk as we rely on filling our catalog with a vast amount of different & unique products instead of finding additional stock for a specific product.
